You can use this course as a personal 6-week challenge, or take your time working through it to practice and absorb the learning. It does not HAVE to be completed in 6 weeks. Use this course however it suits you best!

Meet Your Coach

Holly Soto, MS, RDN, CDN, CPT

Holly is a faith-based Registered Dietitian with a Master's in Nutritional Science, a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and a Certified Personal Trainer.

She has experienced the struggles of weight loss and the joys of long-term weight maintenance herself. She's helped many women become healthier and feel better in their bodies. Her goal is to make weight loss and wellness easier, faster, and more meaningful for you!
